Can I be very specific about the colour I want 

Mayan hammocks are handwoven all over the Yucatan State in Mexico by hundreds of artisans who let go with their creativity. We give you examples of the general colour patterns but cannot guarantee the exact final look of your hammock. Your hammock will be unique.

Can I only place orders online?
You can only order items online through our web store. In case you want to make an inquiry regarding items which are not available through our web site, you are always welcome to contact us through our contact form.

Ordering online is the safest and most efficient way for us to handle your order.

We are committed to a clear and straightforward shopping experience. We don't bury shipping surcharges, hide handling fees, or shock you with post-order taxes.

Do I need to pay import duty or taxes?

When you import something made in Mexico there is no duties because of the NAFTA. Still you usually have to pay custom clearance fees.

You will automatically receive an order confirmation directly by e-mail.

Delivery time

All orders will be processed the next business days. Shipping times vary depending on your area but you can expect your hammock to arrive within 3 or 5 business days.

We use Paypal server for a secure payment. PayPal is designed from the ground up to be one of the safest way to send money online. Unlike other financial institutions, the payments are sent without sharing financial information. In fact, PayPal never shares your credit card number or other financial information with merchants. You can either choose to pay with your Paypal account or your own credit card.

General Return Policy

Our goal is to bring you the best deal, which means offering you great products, super customer service and great prices.You can return new and unused items within 10 days of shipping date for a refund. Items should be returned new, unused and in their original product packaging.

We do not refund any product with obvious signs of use which would reduce its sales value. We want you to be assured that we do not sell used products. This means that the product is in its original packaging and was not used at all.

All shipping costs are at your own expense. Please send us an email indicating your invoice number and the reason for the return and we will issue a return number and instructions for the shipping.

After reception of the returned good a credit will be issued directly on your credit card for the purchase amount, LESS our cost to ship it to you in the first place.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect the box(es) for signs of damages before opening your product! If you think there may be product damage, please take a photo of the unopened box. This will help prove that damage was the Carrier’s fault. Please retain original packaging until you have verified your product performs as expected in accordance with the warranty. Your satisfaction is our goal and we are liable to consumers for any lack of conformity.

Mayan hammocks and chair hammocks are covered again production defects for 15 days. This covers production errors or material defects encountered during normal use of the product. Please take note that these crafted hammocks and chairs are 100% hand made and that irregularities in the weaving and/or the colours are not considered as a defect. Please inspect all knots before usage.

This right does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear linked - directly or indirectly - to the wrong use or maintenance of the product, or any use of violence. Hammocks should not be used with jewels, shoes, pants or shirts with buttons or Velcro. Hammocks are NOT for animals and the guarantee is void if this was the case. Remember that hammocks and chairs should not be left exposed to sun rays and bad weather. Notice of any lack of conformity which should be encountered in a normal examination of the product should be forwarded to us within a reasonable deadline. Thereafter, you can return item(s) in question for full refund or exchange for a new item
